Refund & Returns Policy
We want to make sure you enjoy the ultimate coffee experience. All products you purchase (excluding the use of Gift Cards) through “www.shop.dibellacoffee.com”, Di Bella Coffee Retail And Wholesale Pty Ltd or its affiliates (collectively “Di Bella Coffee”), are covered by the Di Bella Coffee Refund & Returns Policy.
Exchanges or Refunds
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, Di Bella Coffee will not provide an exchange or refund where you have simply changed your mind about products purchased. For the avoidance of doubt, a change of mind includes blend type, quantity, size or grind.
Di Bella Coffee recommends that online customers check their shopping cart prior to completing orders. All transactions are final once shipped and due to Food Standards Australia New Zealand regulations, we cannot accept returned coffee products and/or other ancillary products sold by Di Bella Coffee.
If you have purchased the wrong products or additional items, we encourage you to share them with other coffee lovers or those in need.
The Di Bella Coffee Refund & Returns Policy is in addition to but will not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where approved, refunds will be credited to the card used to make your purchase.
We will happily resend correct products, at no additional cost, to replace incorrect products where a pick and pack error has occurred. We encourage you to share the incorrect or additional products with other coffee lovers or those in need.
All incorrect fulfillments must be notified to the Di Bella Coffee Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the order on 1800 332 163.
If you believe the coffee making equipment including machines, grinders and brewing equipment or coffee products you received are faulty (such as bad taste, perished or faulty), please contact the Di Bella Coffee Customer Care team on 1800 332 163. You will receive a Quality Assurance Pack to return the coffee making equipment or coffee products to the Di Bella Coffee Quality Assurance Lab for analysis. Please make sure the coffee products are in the original packaging.
Once Di Bella Coffee has assessed the coffee making equipment or coffee products that have been returned, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days of Di Bella Coffee receiving the items.
Proof of Purchase
All faulty coffee making equipment, coffee products including returns and refunds along with incorrect fulfillment requests, will require a proof of purchase before the process can be initiated. We are unable to process any replacement requests without proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that goods are faulty or that the goods being returned are due to a product fault rather than operator error.
Rainchecks will not be available on any advertised stock purchased until further notice. For the purposes of this policy, advertised stock includes any product advertised for sale or which is currently a promotional item.
All Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
