The Dublin born chef, restauranteur and television host, recognised for his work as a judge on My Kitchen Rules and as the host of standalone cooking series, Colin’s Ireland, brings a passion for produce with him to the brand.
Announcing Colin’s appointment as Brand Ambassador, Di Bella founder, Phil Di Bella says Colin’s passion to select the best quality produce, including sourcing the best quality coffee beans, and meeting with the farmers aligns closely with Di Bella’s philosophy.
“In 2019, we are entering the next phase at Di Bella and have some exciting things planned for the year ahead. Bringing Colin Fassnidge who is a well-recognised, highly awarded chef and restauranteur allows us the opportunity to work with him to showcase the quality of our coffee,” said Phil.
“In the hospitality industry, Colin is renowned for working with the freshest ingredients, sourced from farmers he meets with and gets to know. At Di Bella, we work very closely with our farmers ensuring we source the highest quality green beans in the world to deliver the best coffee experience.
“We believe that Colin’s approach to cooking, embodies our philosophy, ‘Greatness is in the Detail’, and we look forward to working with him as our Brand Ambassador.”
Speaking to his appointment, Colin says he is excited to partner with Di Bella.
“I’m really pleased to work with a brand as well recognised as Di Bella. The fact that Di Bella places so much value on the farmers it works with and actually spends time at their farms, sourcing the best quality green coffee beans from around the world is impressive,” Colin said.
“Better still, Di Bella coffee taste’s great. I’m proud to supply it at Banksia and Terminus, alongside the food menu’s I have created, and I am excited to work with Di Bella in 2019.”
